1. What we collect

Your connected Solana wallet address.
Orders, positions and demo-balance changes (stored in our Postgres ledger).
Standard request metadata (IP, user agent, referrer) and analytics events.

2. What we do not collect

We never see your private keys. We do not require email, phone or KYC for trading.

3. How we use it

To run the launchpad and trading terminal, to verify on-chain payments against the treasury wallet, and to produce aggregated, anonymised analytics about platform usage.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Aggregated, non-identifying metrics may be published. Service providers (Vercel, Neon, Helius, Birdeye, Cloudflare) process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies

We use first-party cookies and localStorage to remember your connected wallet, your watchlist and your preferred UI settings. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous page-view metrics.

6. Your rights

You may request deletion of any data tied to your wallet address by emailingprivacy@perpinator.fun. Note that on-chain payment records cannot be deleted from the Solana blockchain.

7. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
